Hours and Holidays
The Center is open from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. It is important that you do not bring your child before 7:00 am and pick up your child by 5:30 pm. A late charge of $5.00 will be assessed for each 5 minutes or any part thereof to any parent/guardian who neglects to pick up their child by 6:00 pm. A member of the Center staff will wait with your child until the parent or designated person arrives.
The regular tuition rate is charged for weeks with holidays and teacher work days. The Center will be closed on the following Holidays and select teacher work days to be decided annually:

The Center is opened year round except on scheduled holidays and teacher work days. These scheduled days off may change based on whether or not they fall on weekdays. We may open late or close the Center due to inclement weather. Rates remain the same during weeks with inclement weather. About our Payment Schedule
Full time program members will pay the same weekly rate regardless of the number of days the child attends. The one exception being school-age during the school year. Part-time enrollees will pay the drop-in rate if requiring care for more days than their current program entails.
Payments are due on the Monday as pre-payment of service for the week of care. Tuition must be paid for prior to services rendered, and failure to pay your tuition in full may result in forfeiture of one's deposit and suspension from the program until the account is in good standing.
When a registered school age child attends the Center due to public school being closed, the cost is an additional $10.00 per day. For planned public-school closures sign-up sheets will be provided ahead of time for staff planning purposes and to secure space at the center for full-day care.
A registration-insurance fee is required at the time of enrollment and must be renewed annually. The registration fee is non-refundable. Current rates will be reflected in the annual contract.
